SMATEE 2026 FIRST ROUND ONLINE CHOICE FILLING SCHEDULE 

Online Registration & Choice filling: 1st July, 2026(Wednesday) 3:00 PM - 10th July, 2026 (Friday) 11:59 PM. Link will be provided in the Official website of Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (Technical Wing) dhte.mizoram.gov.in. 

1st Round Results (Tentative): To be declared on 1st July, 2026 (Wednesday) 3:00 PM at the Official website of Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (Technical Wing) dhte.mizoram.gov.in. 

Reporting & Verification of candidates' documents for 1st Round of Allotment (Tentative): 16th July 2026 – 21st July, 2026 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Any subsequent rounds, if applicable, will be announced later on the official website - dhte.mizoram.gov.in. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOIGE FILLING: 

  1. Candidates must have valid results from the SMATEE 2026 examination, which was conducted on 5th May, 2026, and declared the results on 3rd June, 2026. 
  2. Candidates should log in using the credentials (email and password) that were created at the time of registration for SMATEE 2026 using the link provided at the office website of Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (Technical Wing) dhte.mizoram.gov.in. 
  3. Seats are available for both PCB and PCM applicants. Please note that certain seats are exclusively reserved for PCB applicants, while the seats for B. Tech Agriculture Engineering and B. Tech Food Processing are exclusive for PCM applicants. Candidates should select their preferences accordingly. 
  4. The eligibility criteria for PCB and PCM applicants for all available seats are clearly shown in the Seat Matrix for SMATEE 2026, which is attached herewith. 
  5. Candidates may select as many seats as they wish from the available options for which they are eligible. It is important to select the seats carefully and in order of priority.
