ORDER
The following are the provisional results of the First Round Choice – Filling (Click here) for the allotment of various technical and medical allied courses under Mizoram State Quota, which are part of the State Medical and Technical Entrance Examination (SMATEE) 2026. The results were declared on 3rd June, 2026.
The choices were filled-up category-wise in online mode by the candidates themselves after going through necessary instructions issued by the Technical Wing Office of the Higher & Technical Education on behalf of the Mizoram State Council for Technical Education (MSCTE). It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to ensure the accuracy of their choice of seats and categories. Candidates who submitted false documents or misrepresent their category will automatically forfeit their allotted seats, which will then be included in the in the Second Round of Choice Filling.
Candidates are required to report to the Technical Wing Office for documents verification using a pre-formatted form issued by the office, which costs ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only) and to pay a security deposit of ₹5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) during 20.07.2026 (Monday) -29.07.2026 (Tuesday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Candidates who fail to report during the designated period will be considered unwilling to join the course allotted to them, and their seats will be declared vacant, and making them available for the second round of Choice-Filling.
Candidates who are allotted seats marked as "Unconfirmed seat allocation" must participate in the Second Round of Choice-Filling if the Technical Wing office does not receive confirmation of those seat allocations for the academic year 2026-2027.
All candidates who are willing may participate in the Second Round of Choice-Filling and any subsequent rounds.
Information for reporting at the Technical Wing Office, Chaltlang, Aizawl-Mizoram:
- Reporting Date : 20th – 29th July, 2026.
- Reporting time ; 10:00 Am – 4:00 Pm.
Dt. 20th - 22nd July, 2026:
(1) B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, BMLS, BMRIT, BPT, B.OPT, BND, etc. - all courses allotted at RIPANS, Aizawl, Mizoram.
(2) B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri. – at SAS, Nagaland Univerity and AAU, Assam.
Dt. 23rd – 24th July, 2026:
(1) B.Sc. Nursing, BASLP, BMLT – all courses allotted at RIMSCON, Imphal, Manipur.
(2) B.Sc. Nursing – at RCN Guwahati, SSKM Hospital, Kolkata
(3) B.Pharm – at RIPSAT, Tripura, Dibrugarh University, Assam.
(4) All D.Pharm course allotted at RIPSAT, Tripura, Dibrugarh University, Assam.
Dt. 27th – 29th July, 2026:
(1) B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri., B.Sc. (Hons.) Horti., Forestry, Fishery, FND, B.Sc.(C.Sc), Natural Farming, B.Tech Agri. & Food Tech. etc. – courses allotted to various Institutes under CAU.
(2) B.Sc. (Hons) Horti. – at YS Parmar University, Nauni, Solan, H.P.
(3) Any other courses allotted.

(1) Birth Certificate (2) HSLC Certificate and Marksheet
(3) HSSLC Certificate and Marksheet (4) Class XI marksheet and Progress Report Card
(5) ST Certificate (For ST Permanent) (6) Residential Certificate of Mizoram
(7) SMATEE 2026 Admit card (8) Parent’s Voter ID (Both father & mother)
(9) Aadhaar card/ PAN card (10) Migration Certificate from MBSE/CBSE
(11) Security Deposit (₹ 5000/- only)
(12) Parents’ appointment letter for Category-3 and Category-4, if their parents are regular Govt. employee / Permanent Residential Certificate issued by Deputy Commissioner of the District.
