PUBLIC NOTICE

SMATEE 2026 SECOND ROUND CHOICE-FILLING: This is to inform all candidates who participated in the State Medical and Technical Entrance Examination (SMATEE) on 5th May, 2026, that the Second Round Choice-Filling for the allotment of various technical and medical-allied courses under the Mizoram State Quota, through the State Medical and Technical Entrance Examination (SMATEE) 2026, is scheduled to be conducted in OFFLINE mode. This decision is due to the urgent submission of nominations at certain institutes where Mizoram has reserved seats, as well as technical issues with the SMATEE Online Portal.  

All eligible candidates who wish to participate are hereby informed to appear in person at the Technical Wing Office, Chaltlang, Aizawl, for the Second Round seat allotment and document verification during the schedule provided below. 

Candidates who were already allotted seats in the First Round Choice-Filling of SMATEE 2026 and wish to upgrade or change their allotted courses in this Second Round are required to bring their allotment letter and the payment receipt for their security deposit.

  1. Reporting Date    :     3rd  – 7th August, 2026.
  2. Reporting time     :     10:30 Am – 4:30 Pm.

      (5)  ST Certificate (For ST Permanent)                (6)  Residential Certificate of Mizoram

      (7)  SMATEE 2026 Admit card                          (8)  Parent’s Voter ID (Both father & mother)

      (9)  Aadhaar card/ PAN card                             (10) Migration Certificate from MBSE/CBSE

     (11) Security Deposit (₹ 5000/- only)                  

     (12) Parents’ appointment letter for Category-3 and Category-4, if their parents are regular Govt. employee / Permanent Residential Certificate issued by Deputy Commissioner of the District.
